Grace Cummings, 95, of Charles City, died Sunday, June 5, 2011 at the Floyd County Medical Center in Charles City.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Fullerton-Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt Street in Charles City with Rev. Dennis Niezwaag officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Charles City. A visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Grace was a lifelong resident of Charles City. She was employed at First Security Bank for 28 years and was very active in her church, St. John Evangelical Lutheran, as well as many other area organizations.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Sharon Immer of Burnsville, MN and Kathryn (Steven) Anderson of Minneapolis, MN; four grandchildren, Gerald (Carolyn) Immer, Andrew (Jamie) Immer, Sarah Immer and Charlie Anderson; and two great-grandchildren.
Grace was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Edgar Immer.
